Introduction

The Home page is the first page you see after signing in to the ZEDEDA console. It gives you an at-a-glance view of fleet health and links to common workflows. For new users, it also shows a step-by-step Getting Started Hub to guide you through your first milestones.

Getting Started Hub

The Getting Started Hub appears automatically for new users who have node creation permission. It presents three milestones in order:
  1. Onboard your first node: Register a device and download EVE-OS (Edge Virtualization Engine) to bring it under management. Select Onboard a node to start the onboarding flow.
  2. Bring your node online: Flash EVE-OS onto the device and boot it. The node connects to Edge Infrastructure Services on port 443. Select View node status to check progress on the node list.
  3. Deploy your first app: Select an edge application and deploy it to your node. Select Deploy an app to start the deployment flow.
Each step shows its current state: complete, in progress, or not yet started. A step marked complete stays complete permanently. If a node later goes offline or suspect, the milestone does not reset. The Hub dismisses itself automatically when all three milestones are complete, or you can close it manually at any time. After it is dismissed or graduated, it does not reappear. For a detailed walkthrough of each step, see:

Hero Cards

Two hero cards provide fast access to the platform’s core capabilities.

Intelligent agent

The left card opens the ZEIA intelligent agent, which lets you deploy and manage AI models, orchestrate agents, and run evaluations across your edge fleet. Select the card to open the agent. This feature requires ZEIA to be enabled for your enterprise. The card includes a play/pause control in the lower right. Use it to stop the background animation if you prefer.

Monitor nodes

The right card shows a compact, live view of your node locations on a map. Select Monitor Nodes at the bottom of the card to open the full Locations page.

Fleet Insights

The Fleet Insights section shows four real-time stat cards drawn from your current project scope: Select any card to navigate to the corresponding filtered list in the Infrastructure service area. Quick Links provides eight shortcuts to common destinations across the console:
