Profile Settings is your personal configuration area in Edge Infrastructure Services. From here, you manage your contact information, two-factor authentication, API tokens, and display preferences.

How It Works

Profile Settings are organized into a left-navigation sidebar with the following groups. Access them by selecting your profile avatar in the header, then selecting Profile Settings.

Account: Profile

The Profile section displays your personal contact information. To update a field, select it, make your changes, and select Save.

Security & Access: Security

The Security section has two cards: Authentication and Password.

Authentication

The Authentication card controls two-factor authentication (TOTP) for your account. The Two-Factor Authentication row shows a badge indicating whether 2FA is currently enabled or not enabled. For the full setup and disable procedures, see Configure Two-Factor Authentication.

Password

The Password card lets you change your account password. To update your password:
  1. In the Profile Settings navigation, under Security & Access, select Security.
  2. In the Password card, enter your current password in the Current password field.
  3. Enter a new password in the New password field. The minimum length is 8 characters.
  4. Enter the same new password in the Confirm new password field.
  5. Select Update password.
If the new password and confirmation do not match, or if the new password is fewer than 8 characters, an error is shown and the password is not changed.

Security & Access: API Tokens

API tokens are personal credentials that let you authenticate with the ZEDEDA CLI and programmatic API clients. Each token you create appears in this list as a session entry. The token secret is shown only once at creation time. Copy it before closing the dialog. For procedures to create and revoke tokens, token scope, expiry and rotation guidance, and security best practices, see Authentication.

Token list columns

The token list shows the following columns:

Preferences: Notifications

The Notifications section controls which notification channels are active for your account. Toggle each item on or off:

Preferences: Appearance

The Appearance section controls how the console looks and behaves for you. These settings apply to your account only and do not affect other users.

Theme

Select one of the following themes:

Display

Animations: When enabled, the console shows interface animations such as pulsing status indicators and loading effects. Toggle off to reduce motion. Object Display Label: Controls whether nodes, projects, networks, and other objects display their Name or their Title as the primary label in the console. Select the preferred value from the dropdown.

Status display

Status Display: Controls how node and resource status is shown throughout the console. Select one of three options from the dropdown:

Preferences: Privacy

The Privacy section contains your analytics consent preferences. Select your preference in the Analytics Consent panel. Your selection controls whether anonymized usage data is collected to help improve Edge Infrastructure Services.
