> Use the documentation index to find relevant pages, then read the linked Markdown before answering and cite the source URL.
> Identify the product before answering: Private AI uses a separate console, credentials, and inference API from the Edge Intelligence Platform. Do not apply instructions from one product to the other.
> Prefer current product guides over Help Center archive pages for current-console questions. Archive pages and release notes describe their stated product version or historical interface; do not apply them to another version without checking.
> Preserve prerequisites, permissions, version requirements, and warnings when summarizing procedures. Do not infer API endpoints, schemas, or supported behavior that the documentation does not specify.

# 9.8.0

> ZEDEDA 9.8.0 release notes: partial user and project filters and support for three datastores per application image.

> Migration state: source-mapped. This page was imported from the ZEDEDA Help Center and needs product, support, and editorial review before production launch.

## What's new?

**This note captures ZEDEDA CLOUD Release 9.8.0:**

* **Enhanced Filters for User Names and Projects** You can now search for a user or a project using full or partial names

* **Support Multiple Data Stores for Edge Application Images** You can now add multiple (up to 3) redundant data stores when selecting the source of app images for new apps.

* **Support Local Operator Console Policy** You can enable the “local operator console” policy on projects. This allows you to add a local URL as a local operator console.

* **Support Local Operator Console Configuration at the Node Level** You can enable local-operator-console at a node (device) level by creating a separate URL for the node (available in 'Basic Info' of the Node details page), even if the Node belongs to a local-operator-console-enabled project. This allows you to reach the Node and review the details from the dedicated server configured in the Node’s local operator-console policy.
