> Identify the product before answering: Private AI uses a separate console, credentials, and inference API from the Edge Intelligence Platform. Do not apply instructions from one product to the other.
> Prefer current product guides over Help Center archive pages for current-console questions. Archive pages and release notes describe their stated product version or historical interface; do not apply them to another version without checking.
> Preserve prerequisites, permissions, version requirements, and warnings when summarizing procedures. Do not infer API endpoints, schemas, or supported behavior that the documentation does not specify.

# My Library in the Marketplace

> Browse, manage, and act on edge applications, Kubernetes apps, AI apps, and hardware models that your enterprise has imported or created.

My Library at `/marketplace/library` is the enterprise-scoped view of all resources your organization owns or has imported from the catalog. It is where you manage imported apps, create new edge applications, and access your hardware model definitions.

## How to Access My Library

In the sidebar, select **Marketplace**. On the Marketplace home page, select **Open library**, or select **My Library** from the navigation.

## Filter Tabs

The library shows a unified list of all resource types. Use the source filter tabs to narrow by type:

* **All**: shows all library items across all types.
* **Edge Apps**: edge container applications imported from the catalog or created from a manifest.
* **Kubernetes**: Helm charts imported from the Kubernetes Apps catalog. Select a chart card to open its detail page, which shows chart metadata and the README. Charts in your library are available for installation from **Infrastructure > Workloads > Applications**, Kubernetes Apps tab. Installation is not initiated from My Library.
* **AI Apps**: AI agent applications imported from the AI Apps catalog.
* **Hardware**: opens the Hardware Models view showing your hardware model definitions and brands (sub-tabs: Models and Brands).

## Item List Columns

The library list displays the following columns for each item: Name, Source, Category, Type, Provider, Version, License, and Installs.

## Search

Use the search bar (placeholder: "Search the marketplace") to filter items by name.

## Actions Available from the Library

| Resource type | Available actions |
| - | - |
| Edge Apps | Deploy as application, Duplicate, Settings, Delete. |
| Kubernetes | Select a chart to open its detail page. The detail page has two tabs: **Details** (Chart Name, Version, App Version, Created, Description) and **README**. Select **Delete** to remove the chart from your library. |
| AI Apps | View details. |
| Hardware Models | Manage from the Hardware sub-tab (see [Hardware Models](https://zededa.mintlify.site/new-ui/marketplace/hardware-models.md)). |

## Create and Import from My Library

When the **All** filter tab is selected, floating action buttons appear in the bottom-right corner for creating and importing library resources. The buttons shown depend on your permissions:

* Select **Import manifest** (upload icon) to create an edge application from a JSON manifest file. This button appears if you can create edge applications.
* Select the **+** button to create a new library resource. If you can create only one resource type, the button navigates directly to that creation flow. If you can create both, the button opens a menu with:
  * **Edge Apps**: opens the edge application type picker. See [Import Edge Applications](https://zededa.mintlify.site/new-ui/marketplace/import-edge-applications.md).
  * **Hardware**: opens the hardware model creation flow. See [Create Custom Hardware Model](https://zededa.mintlify.site/new-ui/marketplace/create-custom-hardware-model.md).

Creating edge applications requires the SysManager or SysAdmin role. Creating hardware models requires the hardware model management permission.
